PYB is currently looking for a volunteer to fulfill the Equipment Chairperson opening. This person will be responsible for maintaining PYB’s entire equipment and uniform inventory. It would be expected that the chairperson will inventory, evaluate conditions, and report to the PYB Board what equipment is in need of replacement or what additional equipment the league needs to completely outfit teams in T-ball through Babe Ruth divisions. The chairperson will also be responsible for equipment hand out at the start of the season, return at the end of season, and organized storage during the offseason. New in 2015:
There will be no candy bar fundraiser this year. So if you pay your registration fees online, there is nothing else you need to do right now.
If you do not pay your registration fees online and need to pay with cash or check, you will need to stop by the PELC cafeteria on Monday February 23rd between 3:30 and 6:00 PM. PYB members will be available at that time to collect payment. A second date may be added if necessary and will be communicated via email.
PYB will only be collecting a $30 concessions deposit PER FAMILY this season. Your deposit will be returned to you after you have completed two work assignments per child registered. Thus, for a single child and you agree to work concessions, the total registration fee will now be $60. For two children, the total will be $80. For three children, the total will be $100.
If you want to opt out of the concessions requirement, the fee will be $75 per player. For a single child and you opt out of concessions, the registration fee will be $105. For two children, $200. And for three children, $295.
Skills day for Rookies, Minors, and Majors will be held on Saturday March 28th in the Peshtigo High School Gym. More info on that will be emailed to participants in the near future.
PYB is happy to announce that our main 2015 fundraising event will be the Ford Motors Drive 4 UR Community Event (https://drive4urcommunity.com/) which will be held Saturday July 11th during the PYB Summer Slam Tournament. For every eligible test test drive form submitted on July 11th, Ford will donate $20 to PYB up to the maximum $6000!! We will need as much support from PYB members as possible to make this a success. Look for more information on this event to be handed out by coaches during the season and we look forward to seeing everyone at the tournament that weekend to support this fundraiser!
